Online Consultants - £19,000 - £24,000 (depending on location) plus benefits

A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for Online Consultants based within the following Scottish Life Pension branches:

Leeds
Birmingham
London
Reading

Our Online Consultants play an important part in promoting our online servicing proposition through the building and maintaining of strong relationships with our High Value customers.  The focus of these roles is to provide a range of sales support services, including:

  • Providing training, feedback and support on e-service systems and software to back office staff
  • Establishing and maintaining a contact strategy with back office staff, including regular visits
  • Delivering software and system presentations to IFA’s

Typical Knowledge and Experience

A understanding of the UK pension market and / or sales support experience would be an advantage.  The successful candidates will be working towards, or willing to work towards, CFP.

Excellent PC skills are vital for this role together with excellent organisational and communication skills.
