Salary sacrifice is go

Last month saw the launch of our exciting new range of salary sacrifice support material. This has been designed to help advisers and employers set up and run successful salary sacrifice arrangements.

With salary sacrifice, there are benefits for both members and the employer. It can be set up in conjunction with either a new or existing pension arrangement. The savings generated can be used to either increase employee take-home pay, reduce employer costs, increase pension contributions or a combination of these.

Our material

Our support range boasts an online calculator, a technical guide for advisers and a guide for employers. For employees, there's a guide and ‘ready reckoner’. And to tackle some of the complexities surrounding salary sacrifice we've put together some of the more common Questions and Answers.

You can view the full of our range of our material and find out more about salary sacrifice by visiting the Salary Sacrifice section of our website.
