How to register
You can register yourself in just three easy steps:
Make sure you have the following personal information to hand:
- date of birth
- National Insurance number
- plan number
Go to our registration page
- complete your personal details
- click Register
Select your own username and password, which you can then use to access your pension online.
You will also be asked to select three memorable questions and provide your answers. These questions provide additional security and allow you to reset a forgotten password.
Once you're registered online, you'll be able to access:
- general details about your plan
- contribution history
- transaction history
- investment details
- your current plan value
For Income Release, you can also see:
- your current plan value split between Savings Account and Income Release Account
- your income payments (if applicable)
You can also make use of the change of investment facility. This allows you to alter your fund selection or redirect future contributions into the fund(s) of your choice.
We recommend you take financial advice before using the change of investment facility, as selecting unsuitable investments may significantly reduce the value of your retirement savings.
If you choose to invest some of your retirement savings in the fund supermarket and/or purchase shares through the online share dealing service, your financial adviser will submit the investment instructions on your behalf.
We hope you'll find our online service easy to use. However, there are plenty of options open to you if you need help.
