These are annuities that were written either by Scottish Life or under the Scottish Life brand, where Royal London is the underlying insurer. Update 17/11/06. We can now announce that the Court of Session has approved the transfer, which will take effect on 30 November 2006. If your scheme's affected by this proposed change, we will have sent you a letter explaining what this means, and how it affects you as a Trustee.
