We're at our best when we're online. Our Retirement Solutions range of group pensions offers market-leading interactive technology to make pensions administration as painless as it can be. We also back this up with quality personal, technical and administrative support.

For example, you can process all your pension payments using online schedules which are automatically populated with the previous month's information, so all you have to do is make any changes and press the 'submit' button. We also enable your employees to have access to their pension online. Pension members can update their own personal details, change their payments and even switch their investment funds online. And a handy feature called Noticeboard keeps you up to date by automatically sending you an email when changes have been made that you should take a look at.

Implementation

Depending on the structure of your pension arrangement, you may require the services of one of our nationwide implementation teams to get up and running. Whether face-to-face or over the telephone, you will benefit from intensive support during this crucial phase. You will also receive a bespoke administration manual and training to help you get started. 

You won't have to deal with faceless call centres if you have a Scottish Life pension. Each time you contact us at our Edinburgh-based offices you speak directly to your key contact.
