Depending on underlying market conditions the tracking error of the fund is expected to be in excess of 5% against a composite benchmark of 55% FTSE All Share Index and 45% FTSE World (ex UK) Index measured on a rolling 3 year basis. |

The fund normally invests in companies that are expected to benefit from a change in ownership, regulation, technology, management or operating environment. The fund normally holds 75 to 100 stocks with a limitation of 3% of the fund value in each company. |
