	Steve Bee Head of Pensions Strategy Steve is Head of Pensions Strategy for the Royal London Group and is a well-known commentator on pension issues. Steve also writes regularly on the Group's BeeHive website. The BeeHive is dedicated to explaining pension gobbledegook.
	Alasdair Buchanan Head of Communications As well as being in charge of media communications for Scottish Life Alasdair is also responsible for Royal London Group communications.
	Maureen Duckworth Pensions Technical Manager Maureen manages our legacy products and services and actively contributes to the development and population of Technical Central.
	Nick Leitch Head of Investment Marketing Nick is responsible for developing, maintaining and promoting the overall Scottish Life investment proposition to the market place. The Investment Marketing team is the centre of expertise for Managed Strategies, Scottish Life's unique investment lifestyling solution. The team also manages Scottish Life's relationships with the Group's investment arm and with external fund partners.
	Keith MacPherson Head of Individual Business  Responsible for developing, maintaining and promoting our proposition for the individual pensions marketplace. Keith's team has overall responsibility for Scottish Life's individual pensions, which includes personal pension, stakeholder, EPP and Section 32. Keith also manages our eBusiness proposition including our extranet and any linkage to key distribution partners and their software providers. He is also Scottish Life's main contact with industry technology groups, such as Origo.
	Jim Smith  Sales Director Jim's main responsibility is delivering Scottish Life's new business objectives via various sales teams which are located throughout the UK. The sales teams reporting to Jim are organised on distribution models which allows for some segmentation of proposition to our IFA customer base.
