Alasdair is in charge of media communications for Scottish Life.

Investment Marketing Manager

Lorna is responsible for developing, maintaining and promoting the overall Scottish Life investment proposition to the market place. The Investment Marketing team is the centre of expertise for Governed Portfolios, Scottish Life's unique governed investment solution. The team also manages Scottish Life's relationships with the Group's investment arm and with external fund partners

Jamie Clark
Business Development Manager

Jamie is responsible for promoting the overall Scottish Life corporate pensions proposition, as well as helping develop it. Jamie also regularly writes for the trade press and has his own blog and twitter account (@retirementview).

The business development team is primarily responsible for supporting advisers, by providing information and analysis on pension changes.

Maureen Duckworth
Strategic Insight Manager

Maureen is responsible for providing insight and understanding of our markets, products, competitors and customers, and on how changing legislation impacts on our business.

Jim Smith
Sales Director

Jim's main responsibility is delivering Scottish Life's new business objectives via various sales teams which are located throughout the UK. The sales teams reporting to Jim are organised on distribution models which allow for some segmentation of proposition to our adviser customer base.

 Fiona Tait
Business Development Manager

Fiona joined Scottish Life in March 2004 as Pensions Development Manager. She is responsible for interpreting legislative and regulatory changes in the pension market, and identifying the resultant opportunities (and threats) for both Scottish Life and advisers.

A specialist in individual pension and the at-retirement market, Fiona frequently presents to audiences of advisers and other interested parties, and is a regular contributor to the financial press.
