Royal London became a mutual life insurance company in 1908. It made sound financial sense back then, and we firmly believe our mutual status is of equal, if not greater, value today. With no shareholders seeking short-term profits or influencing our investment decisions, we can reinvest all our profits for the benefit of our members and customers.
