How to register

Registering for our Online Service is simple. There are no signatures needed and no forms to sign or post in. The whole process can be completed online.

Once you’ve completed our online form, we’ll send you a confirmation email and you’ll be able to access any secure content on our website. If you use a Unipass certificate, this can be attached to your account during the registration process, so you don’t have to remember your user name and password.

Once your account has been set-up, we’ll send you a final confirmation email. You can then access our Online Service for illustrations, new business tracking and client management.

The registration process

To register you will need your FSA number. Providing a current Scottish Life agency number will help to speed up the process.

  1. Access our online registration form
  2. Complete your details, ensuring you fill in all mandatory fields
  3. If you have a Unipass certificate, select “Associate Digital Certificate” and follow the instructions on screen
  4. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions then click the “Register” button
  5. You will receive a confirmation email advising that your registration request has been received
  6. A final confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 working days and you’ll then have full access to our Online Service.

To get you up and running with our online services, our nationwide team of Online Consultants also provide technology training and support face to face, online or by phone.
