Scottish Life awarded Triple e rating

What is new, is that for the sixth year running, Scottish Life have been awarded the triple e rating, the highest accolade in a study by The Financial Technology Research Centre (FTRC) for our group personal pension (including stakeholder) and company pension online service.

This rating is particularly important because it is based on a scoring matrix that was developed through consultations with the UK's financial advisers. They decided what was important to their business and their clients and pension providers were scored on their ability to provide it.

Using our online service

Using Scottish Life's online service means all stakeholders in the pension plan can access a wide range of information such as:

  • monthly payment information
  • the current value of a pension plan
  • details of the investment funds
  • how the plan is performing.

Plus advisers can submit new entrants to a plan online.

The level of access given to employees can be tailored to suit the needs of your client.
