HMRC Newsletter 39
Well I know how keen you all are to collect the complete set of pension newsletters put out by the HMRC guys so I thought you'd be pleased to hear that the latest issue has just hit the streets.
This one, number 39 no less, has some stuff in it for everyone I'd say. To start with there's the full SP on the 2009 Pre-Budget Report with details of the consultation about implementing the pensions tax relief restrictions from 6th April 2011 and the confirmation of the changes to the anti-forestalling rules. There is also confirmation of the changes to tax rates etc.
On top of all that there are bits on member directed pension schemes; changes to the processes for Registered Pension Schemes repayments; Default Scheme administrator processes; and some new compliance stuff. All in all a great read.
To get to your very own downloadable copy of issue number 39 all you have to do is click on the following link and let the magic of the www do its thing: HMRC Newsletter 39.
