Direct debit payments available for online schemes

Did you know your regular pension payments can be made by Direct Debit? This facility links seamlessly into your existing, or new, online payment schedule and allows you to stay in control of how much comes out of your bank account and when.

How does it work?

You send us the online payment schedule as normal confirming that you are happy for the total to be taken from your account. We will then automatically send a request to the bank for the exact amount on the schedule.

Making the move

Moving to Direct Debit is quick, easy and doesn't cost you anything - in fact we are happy to do the paperwork for you if you give us the go ahead.

It's best to change over directly after making a payment, so you should make the next payment as normal and then you can either authorise us to make the change, or you can use our online system to change the method of payment. It should only take a few minutes to do and you can find step by step instructions in our Moving to Direct Debit Guide (PDF).

Further information

If you would like further information about paying by Direct Debit, take a look at our Direct Debit FAQs.  You can also contact our support team by telephone, on 0845 60 50 401, or by email.
