What is the adminstration guide for?The guide is designed to be a practical step by step manual, helping you with the key processes that can be performed online and showing you the information that can be viewed within online services. We will ensure that it is updated in the event of any scheme or legislative changes. And the administration guide is produced in PDF format, so you can print off a hard copy if required.
